The Naipu®MC mill circuit slurry pumpsare specifically designed for the most severe slurry applications, such as ball mills, SAG cyclone feeds and flushing water from mineral processing plants. They can easily handle large particles in dense abrasive slurries, making them ideal for use as as slurry transfer pump in arduous applications such as gravel or coarse coal cyclone feed.
Naipu®MC pump is engineered to enable different material combinations.
Naipu®MCR pump - elastomer liners inside ductile iron outer casing with metal impeller and metal or elastomer throatbush and frame plate liner insert.
Naipu®MCU pump - all metal unlined hard white iron casing with metal impeller, throatbush and frame plate liner insert.
